This is a quick post for those of you who might be a little shy to ask what you assume is an obvious question. A key part of what I do online is based around affiliate marketing. If you are thinking that you would like to make money on line, then affiliate marketing is a great place for you to start.

So I think it is worthwhile making it nice and clear what affilaite marketing invovles. Hence, step forward Mr Joel Comm with a three minute explaination of the subjects

 

When you have a website and are publishing content, you have the perfect place to advertise affiliate offers. However try to be focused in what you adverrtise, you will have much more success if you follow the following three points;

  1. Make sure the products you are selling are relevant to the content on your site,
  2. Be ethical, only give offer to products you believe in,
  3. Go the extra mile by adding some benefit to your offer, either by offering a money off coupon for the product. Alternatively you could give your website visitor some extra information about the product you are promoting (i.e. a set up guide, or info on the best ways to use the product you are promoting) .
